About Me

I am a registered Educational Psychologist based in Upper Hutt, Wellington, New Zealand. I have over 12 years experience working with individuals and whanau in education, mental health, disability and rehabilitation sectors. I have been registered with the NZ Psychologists Board for 9 years.

I aim to provide a compassionate and safe space for people to explore their worries and challenges, connect to their strengths and values, and build skills and strategies to move forward in ways that feel meaningful. I offer evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention to support children, young people and adults to navigate challenges with learning, behaviour and mental health. My approach is culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, and adversity-aware; always focusing on safety, strengths, and collaboration.

I am also an accredited treatment provider for ACC Sensitive Claims. I understand that seeking support via ACC Sensitive Claims can feel overwhelming, and I aim to create a safe, respectful space where you are in control of your own healing journey. My work is gentle, collaborative, and paced to meet your needs, focusing on safety, trust, and building resilience. Together we can work towards recovery, reclaiming your sense of self, and moving forward in ways that feel right for you.
