Confidentiality

All information discussed will be held confidential, unless:

• There is a serious risk to the client or someone else in the immediate or foreseeable future.

• If it is thought that the client is unable to make sound decisions for themselves.

• If the Psychologist is legally required to release their notes.

• If there is a complaint made about the Psychologist’s practice.

If it is decided that there is an exception to confidentiality, I will first make reasonable attempts to discuss this with you before confidentiality is discontinued.

Fees

Fees are based upon a 50 minute kōrero session, with 10 additional minutes allocated for consolidation of notes.

Each 1 hour session is charged at $180.00 including GST.

The fees above apply to in-person and online sessions.

Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice and can be made via online banking, debit card or credit card.

Rescheduling

Please note that if an appointment is cancelled without 24 hours notice, or you miss an appointment, you will still be charged a session fee.

To avoid the fee, ensure you cancel or reschedule your booked appointment with at least 24 hours notice.
